It's coming...
So today was the day that started the falling of the fluffy white stuff from the sky. It was very pretty fluffy white stuff. As soon as it started falling, I decided to put on some Christmas music! I knew my mother would absolutely love that! Needless to say, it didn't stay on very long after she got home!
Yesterday I decided to go to the gym on my 3 hour break. I did 2 classes there; the first was a total body conditioning class (TBC) and the second was HiLo. I really enjoy taking classes like that! I am not a weights person, which is why I don't think I could ever be a personal trainer. Now normally, the problem with classes at the gym is the silly dance music. I am not a huge fan of that type of music but since I kinda get to dance around a bit, I try to ignore the music. In my HiLo class we get to dance to some good music which is why I am enjoying it so much. We get to dance to salsa music! And as part of the class we do the mambo and cha cha, its great!! I don't know if everyone in the class is as enthusiastic about it as me though. When I looked around yesterday, it seemed that I was the only one that had a bounce in all of my steps, most people looked half dead or were just not moving with the same amount of oomph!
Yesterday I got myself my 2007 agenda. I already have things being booked for next year and so I needed somewhere to write them down. Time is flying! I guess that can be a good thing or a not so good thing – I’m gunna think of it as a good thing.
So all summer I taught semi-private lessons with 2 ladies at my gym. They decided that they wanted more people to join them so I made it an adult class. Tonight I had 4 people - I really enjoy teaching it! It’s a very easy going class which I haven’t been able to do before because I have always had to have a very structured class for kids. So now I pretty much let them decide what they want to do and I spot them or give suggestions. It works great for everyone! And I think I might have 2 more people coming to the class too! That is exciting.
So in the next couple of days I will have hopefully finished a story I will post on here. It is a story that amuses me greatly. Well I don’t know if the story itself amuses me because I haven’t written it out fully yet but the concept definitely amuses me! The sheep are coming…
