Direct Access

Every Saturday morning I go to a prayer meeting. I really enjoy those times where as a group we can just sit and talk with our Heavenly Father. I know this isn’t a new or profound thought but I am just so thankful that I can have such a close, intimate relationship with God. He can be my best friend as well as the utmost Holy Supreme Being that I am totally in love with and words just can’t describe my feelings for Him!
I can’t believe that I can tell Him anything at all, any concerns, worries, ANYTHING! It’s so amazing that He is always listening to me whenever I talk to Him and for whatever reason! And He answers me too! It may not always be the answer that I am looking for but He is so faithful and He does answer me. The great thing is that He is perfect and He loves me and wants the best for me even if I can’t understand and might not like the answers He gives me.
I am still learning and probably will be for a long time how to hear His voice. But that learning process is just bringing me closer to Him, something for which I am eternally grateful and thankful for and hope that it will never end. I am so privileged to have a direct line of communication with the Creator of the universe! How totally cool is that!! It is amazing! God is awesome, not just for that but for so many things that I can’t even begin to list because the list could go on forever.
I desire that everyone can experience the same feeling that I have towards God and I pray that they will be able to see Him in me because I don’t want people to see me, I just want them to see Him!
